Terms & Text Program

These terms cover use of the CYC Cruisers event website and the optional Cruiser text-message program.

Event information and RSVPs

Event dates, locations, itineraries, availability, dockage, lodging, costs, and host plans may change. An RSVP helps organizers plan but does not guarantee dockage, lodging, seating, admission, or other reservations unless the host confirms them separately. Members remain responsible for their own travel, safety, costs, and compliance with club, marina, and venue rules.

CYC Cruisers text program

By checking the text-consent box and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated event announcements, reminders, and day-of updates from CYC Cruisers at the number provided. Consent is optional and is not a condition of club membership or event participation.

• Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month; event-day updates may add messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for help, or call Clearwater Yacht Club at (727) 447-6000.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and will notify us if that changes. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent records are handled.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false RSVPs, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or use event information for unauthorized solicitation. Organizers may remove abusive or fraudulent submissions.
